Discussions will also encompass the use of Independent Living funding, the concept of normalcy, and strategies for final transition planning. Additionally, the meetings will offer a chance for participants to network with colleagues and service providers from Bridges, the Youth Navigator Network, and Ohio’s Education and Training Voucher team.
Meetings are scheduled from 9:30 am - 3:30 pm. Register early as meeting space is limited.
