Medicaid Managed Care Emergency Rules

ODM and the MCOs recently implemented emergency changes to their contract to address COVID-19 impact on clients and providers. These changes are intended to remove barriers to care, and to safeguard individual health and wellbeing while reducing burdens on providers. You may review this memo that ODM recently released which summarizes the changes. ODM also published a new webpage to house all major Medicaid news and policies related to COVID-19.
